Warranty Policy – HALOONG Machine Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd
1. Scope of Application
This warranty policy applies to all new CNC machine tools manufactured and sold by HALOONG, including but not limited to:
- Machining centers
- CNC lathes
- CNC milling machines
- Precision tooling systems and accessories
Validity Conditions:
- Valid exclusively for the original purchaser.
- Non-transferable to subsequent owners.
2. Warranty Period

3. Warranty Service Commitments
3.1 Repair or Replacement
- Free repair or replacement for defects confirmed by HALOONG technicians.
- Maximum repair cycle: 15 working days from defect confirmation.
3.2 Technical Support
- 24/7 remote diagnostics: Available throughout the warranty period.
4. Obligations & Exclusions
4.1 Customer Obligations
- Provide valid purchase invoice and equipment serial number.
- Maintain protective labels and seals intact unless authorized by HALOONG.
- Conduct routine maintenance as per the Operation Manual and retain records.
4.2 Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, power grid failures).
- Failures attributable to non-genuine parts or unauthorized modifications.
- Degradation due to overloading, improper maintenance, or non-compliance with operating guidelines.
5. Return & Replacement Process
5.1 RMA Authorization
- Submit return requests to: aiwoodcnc@gmail.com (Subject: “Warranty RMA Request”).
- A unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued within 2 business days.
5.2 Packaging & Shipping
- Packaging standards: Original packaging or equivalent protective materials must be used.
- RMA marking: Clearly display the RMA number on the outermost packaging.
- Cost responsibility:
- HALOONG covers shipping for confirmed defects.
- Customer bears costs for returns due to incorrect orders or voluntary returns, plus a 5% restocking fee.

6. International Warranty Terms
To qualify for warranty services outside China:
- Submit a certified copy of the Chinese customs export declaration.
- Ensure local operating conditions (voltage, gas supply, etc.) comply with HALOONG specifications.
- All repairs must be performed by HALOONG-certified service centers.
7. Legal Compliance
This policy adheres to the Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China (Latest Revision). HALOONG retains the sole right to interpret this policy. Consumer statutory rights under applicable laws remain unaffected.
